A compact type of TCA4-6C joined newly in a series of Tetra Arc Furnaces (TCA4 series).
This tetra-arc furnace TCA4-6C that is compactly designed with costs reduction incorporates all other functions as with TCA4 (including the patented Arc current controller) than getter. In addition, it is a lightweight form integrating both pulling device and stainless chamber, and the taking- in and out of materials is easy.
This equipment consists of furnace, controller, power supply unit and remote-control box at hand. It is very popular with the laboratories in universities.
